'Overpronation' Mythology!

In the running community there is no shortage of experts on 'overpronation'; most of the understandings of it are so nonsensical, I felt compelled to write a blog post about it:

The nonsensical understanding of ‘overpronation’

The research evidence is clear. All the most recent systematic reviews and meta-analyses published in the scientific literature that pool the data from all the good studies has shown that overpronation is a small, but still statistically significant risk for injury in runners:

Don’t let anyone tell you any different. Have they even read the what the data is showing.
